How is Assetas priced?

Pricing is based on the number of named users authorized to access the platform and the tier. We do not price based on scale of your operation — the number of sites, assets, and data records.

What contract terms do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Standard is free and for as long as the account is active. Professional and Enterprise plans run on annual terms. Multi-year commitments carry a discount.  Public and government buyers can contract through standard government purchasing routes.

How long does implementation take?

We prefer staged implementations, generally completing an initial roll-out within three months (often within just a few weeks). Much of implementation is reconciling your asset registry across sources, configuring smart forms, and workflows.Every implementation starts with your asset hierarchy, asset tags, and your requirement set, because getting those right makes everything downstream straightforward.

Can we migrate our existing asset data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most customers arrive with a mix of spreadsheets, legacy CMMS or EAM, enterprise applications, and institutional knowledge. We import structured data directly and map external identifiers into the Assetas model so history carries forward.
Some assets are mastered in other enterprise applications and are subscribed into Assetas for data enrichment.

How is our data secured?

Assetas combines a Zero-Trust architecture and security best practices. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) on every tier. Role-based access control user permissions with immutable data logs. Our controls program is aligned to industry standards (SOC 2, NIST 800-171) and Enterprise users.

Can we change users and tiers as we grow?

Yes, and it's the common path. We just prorate adjustments to your contract term. Because every tier runs on the same data model, upgrading adds capability without a migration or a re-implementation.
