Report

The "reports" tool depicts information tabularly or graphically for quickly understanding trends in data.

  1. Expand "Reports" on the sidebar navigation.

  2. Select the "My Favorites" option to see a list of reports that you have indicated as your favorites, the "My Reports" option to view a list of reports that you manage, and the "Search" option to see all reports loaded to the database. 

 

NOTE: Lists will only display the reports to which you have access.

Tips for searching

  • Enter text into the Search box to see results dynamically update.

  • Expand the "Data Filters" section to limit the results based on specific fields.  Select "Refresh List" to load an updated list; alternatively, select "Reset" to clear all of the filters.

  • Select columns headers to sort that field alphabetically.

  1. Expand "Reports" on the sidebar navigation.

  2. Select the "My Favorites" option to see a list of reports that you have indicated as your favorites, the "My Reports" option to view a list of reports that you manage, and the "Search" option to see all reports loaded to the database.  You will only see the reports to which you have access.

  3. To the right of the report name, under the Actions menu, select the first option to run the report.

  4. Depending on the report, there may be additional arguments to return the intended results.  Once you populate those fields, select the "Refresh Report" button.

  1. Expand "Reports" on the sidebar navigation.

  2. Select the "My Favorites" option to see a list of reports that you have indicated as your favorites, the "My Reports" option to view a list of reports that you manage, and the "Search" option to see all reports loaded to the database.  You will only see the reports to which you have access.

  3. To the right of the name, under the Actions menu, you may:

    • Run this report.

    • Add this report to your list of favorites.

    • Download the report definition for importing into another database.

    • Copy this report as a new report.

    • Delete report.

 
Print a report
  1. Expand "Reports" on the sidebar navigation.

  2. Select the "My Favorites" option to see a list of reports that you have indicated as your favorites, the "My Reports" option to view a list of reports that you manage, and the "Search" option to see all reports loaded to the database.  You will only see the reports to which you have access.

  3. Select the "Run this report." button under the Actions menu.

  4. Select the "Print the report" button at the top right, across from the report name.

  5. Follow the prompts for printing.

 
Export a report
  1. Expand "Reports" on the sidebar navigation.

  2. Select the "My Favorites" option to see a list of reports that you have indicated as your favorites, the "My Reports" option to view a list of reports that you manage, and the "Search" option to see all reports loaded to the database. 

  3. Select the "Run this report." button under the Actions menu.  

  4. Populate any arguments required by the report and select "Refresh Report".

  5. Once the report looks as expected, select the "Export the report" button at the top right, across from the report name.

  6. Select one of the following export types.  The exported file will be generated after selection.

    • Excel:  Export the report as an Excel (xlsx) file.

    • PDF: Export the report as a PDF file.

    • Copy: Copy the report data to the clipboard as a tab-separated table.

    • CSV: Export the report as a comma-separated value (csv) file.

    • JSON: Export the report as a JavaScript Object Notation (json) file.
