My Preferences

"My Preferences" settings allow you to customize your experience.

  1. Expand your profile icon on the menu bar.

  2. Select the "My Preferences" option.​

  3. Select the "Change Password" button.

  4. Populate the fields.  Data fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

  5. Select "Save" upon completion.

Password Requirements

  • At least 1 number

  • At least 2 characters, including one uppercase and one lowercase

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least 1 unique character (!, @, #, etc.)

Populate the following fields:

  • Current Password*: Enter your current password.   

  • New Password*: Enter the new password that you would like to use.

  • Confirm Password*: Enter the new password again to reduce the potential for typos.

  1. Expand your profile icon on the menu bar.

  2. Select the "My Preferences" option.​

  3. Populate the fields.  Data fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

  4. Select "Save" upon completion.

Date & Time Preferences

Populate the following fields:

  • Time Zone*: Select your local time zone.  Dates and times will be displayed relative to your local time zone.

  • Date Format*: Select the date format to use when displaying dates on forms and reports.

  • Time Format: Select the time format to use when displaying times on forms and reports.

These settings will control what the system displays, where applicable.  Additionally, there are also native browser settings that define how dates and times are displayed, which vary between browsers.

Populate the following fields:

Table Preferences

Populate the following fields:

  • Table Page Size*: Select the maximum number of rows to display on each page tabular data.  This is the default that is applied when a table is first loaded and you are able to adjust the individual tables.

Task Preferences

Populate the following fields:

  • Email Task List*: Choose if you want your list of outstanding tasks emailed to you.  You will only receive an email on the days you select and if you have one or more outstanding tasks.

 

If the "Email Task List" value toggled on, the following fields will appear:​

  • Sunday:  Choose if you want to receive an email on Sundays.

  • Monday:  Choose if you want to receive an email on Mondays.

  • Tuesday:  Choose if you want to receive an email on Tuesdays.

  • Wednesday:  Choose if you want to receive an email on Wednesdays.

  • Thursday:  Choose if you want to receive an email on Thursdays.

  • Friday:  Choose if you want to receive an email on Fridays.

  • Saturday:  Choose if you want to receive an email on Saturdays.

  • Time*:  Choose the time of day you want to receive the email.
