Assetas support

In Assetas, the Dashboard provides real-time reporting using tables, charts, and graphs. The Dashboard displays any number of individual dashboard controls that allow you to understand your data at a glance. From here you can pinpoint outliers, identify gaps, and dive deeper into the data.

Within each dashboard control, interact with and refine the controls to meet your goals.

  1. Select "My Dashboard" on the sidebar navigation.

  2. There are four tools for each control.

  • Select the "Refresh" button to reload this control with the latest available data.

  • Select the "Configure" tool to revise the filters on the report.

    • You may rename the control and adjust any filters on the data, such as date range.

  • Select the "Open as Report" button to open the dashboard as a report.  From here, you can explore the data freely by refining filters, digging into specific data points, or saving the updated report under a new name.

  • Toggle the "Collapse" arrow button to collapse the dashboard control.  Once collapsed, select again to expand the dashboard control.

Any configuration changes to the control will only affect your specific dashboard control.  Changes to the original (global) report must be made at the report level.
